How we work

Six steps from first contact to the service subscription — one contractor throughout.

01

First contact

same day

You submit a request or reach out directly. We clarify the property type, the number of access points, and a rough timeline.

  • Scope clarified
  • Rough size estimate
  • Site survey date set
02

Site survey

free, 1 visit

A technician walks the property: counts access points, checks the wiring and Wi-Fi, reviews the architectural plan if one exists.

  • Access point map
  • Wiring and network condition
  • Recommended tier (Essential 01 / Advanced 02 / Complete 03)
03

Fixed proposal

1–2 days after the survey

We send a proposal with a fixed installation price and a subscription rate — no add-on charges once work starts.

  • Installation quote
  • Subscription rate
  • Installation timeline
04

Scheduling

on your calendar

We agree on a convenient installation date, working around the property's guests, tenants, or occupancy.

  • Installation date and time
  • Access needed on-site
  • On-site point of contact
05

Installation

1–5 days, depending on scope

We install and configure the equipment for the agreed tier: locks, video panels, cameras, network, sensors. We test every point and walk the owner and staff through using the system.

  • A working system on-site
  • Owner and staff walkthrough
  • Equipment documentation
06

Service subscription

ongoing, from install date

The property moves onto its service subscription: device monitoring, an event log, a monthly report, and planned visits. This is the final step of the process — not a vague "long-term partnership," but a subscription with a name, a price, and a defined scope.

  • Property event log
  • Monthly report
  • Planned visits (Advanced and Complete tiers)
